Elsia has a secret. She can create oreos. Elsia makes a mistake. Her magic hits her sister, Banana. Since then, Banana has easily become hungry and is craving for sweets. Every time Elsia creates an oreo, Banana will eat it. Recently, Banana eats too many oreos so she develops some cavities. Banana gets hungry again.
Banana says, knock knock
Elsia says, who’s there
Banana says, Banana
Elsia says, Banana who
Banana says, Banana wants you to make an oreo
But to keep Banana safe, Elsia stays away from the pantry. Banana asks wheels of fortune in the hall where she can find oreos. And the wheels of fortune answers: “At Topgolf.” Banana runs away to Topgolf. Instead of an oreo, Banana finds an oreosbee! At Topgolf, Banana meets a new friend, Minigolf, and they play oreosbee. After tossing the oreosbee, Banana is even hungrier. Banana returns to Elsia and sings:
Let oreos come, let them come
Can’t hold it back anymore
Let them come, let them come
Go and make some more
I don’t care what they are going to say
Let the oreos pile on
The cavities never bother me anyway
Banana’s song is so moving that Elsia almost wants to make an oreo to cheer Banana up. But Elsia hesitates because she is concerned about Banana’s cavities. Eventually Elsia declines. Banana sees that Elsia declines her wish, so Banana decides to make oreos on her own.
Banana asks, “Elsia, can you please tell me how to make an oreo?”
Elsia agrees, she thinks to herself, “At least Banana would spend time baking instead of eating.”
Elsia talks about the magical process of making oreos. Banana nods along and thinks she knows the magic. But when she gets home, she couldn’t remember it well. Banana starts weeping. She cannot stop wiping her eyes but tears still trickle down her cheeks. Banana cries so hard that she forgets the playdate with Minigolf. When Minigolf arrives, he notices Banana’s nose turns red, her shoulders are trembling, and face is moistened.
Minigolf asks, “What’s wrong? Why are you crying?”
Banana says, “I’m sad because I want to make an oreo but I forgot the whole thing.”
Minigolf says, “I have an idea, let’s go ask Elsia.”
Minigolf and Banana tell Elsia what happened, so Elsia demonstrates how to make an oreo. Back at Banana’s house, Minigolf and Banana are excited. Finally, something sweet and tasty is coming! In the middle of making the oreo,
Banana asks, “Did Elsia tell us to add soda?”
Minigolf answers, “I think it’s called baking soda.”
Banana questions, “Are you sure?”
Minigolf says, “Let’s go to ask Elsia again. You know, Benjamin Franklin once says “Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn. I recommend that you shadow with Elsia.”
Banana finds Elsia again and asks, “Elsia, I failed again, would you help me? Pretty please with a cherry on top?”
Elsia says, “No worries, let’s figure it out.”
Three friends work together:
Banana carefully measures the ingredients. Minigolf adds the ingredients step by step. And Elsia shows Banana how to apply the magic. Magic oreos shoot from Banana’s hand. Banana covers the land with oreos. Everybody cheers, oreo season is here!
Banana says, “I cannot believe all the flavors fit in one small cookie! I will never go back to another recipe. I wouldn’t be able to do this without you guys.”
Elsia says, “You’re welcome! Silly! Now you have the magic power. It’s ok to forget one or two ingredients, but don’t forget to take care of your dental appointments.”
